When did I know that Massage Therapy is where I want to be of service

When I was 8 years old, I saw an elderly woman trying to cross the road alone and struggling. I remember wanting to help, but not knowing how. Then someone stepped in to support her—and that moment stayed with me. It was the first time I realized how meaningful it is to be able to care for others in a moment of need. From that point on, I knew I wanted to be in a profession where I could support people in that way. Today, that same intention guides my work. I genuinely care about helping my clients feel supported, restore balance, and manage discomfort so they can move through life with greater ease.

Why I chose this path in CARE

My journey into massage therapy is deeply personal. I experienced ongoing discomfort from minor injuries that never fully resolved, including a neck injury that affected me for years without clear answers. From that experience, I developed an appreciation for how complex pain can be, and how important it is to feel heard and supported in your care. Having grown up active in sports and fitness, I understand how much these limitations can impact daily life. Living through that experience, combined with my education, has shaped the way I approach treatment and deepened my ability to work with complex areas of discomfort. I strive to provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports each client’s needs and overall well-being
